● Both insert seats move simultaneously while setting diameters, which makes the adjustment precise and save time.
● High rigidity results from a perfect contact between the insert seats and the boring head body. Suitable for big table feed (F) cutting, heavy-duty and interrupted boring.
● The small difference of heights between two insert seats decreases the vibration caused by cutting impedance while touching a workpiece.
● Modular MCK system and exchangeable with CK system on the market.
● The coating surface treatment improves chips adhesion, increases heat resistance and extends using life.
