What is a Timing Pulley & Belt?

Timing pulleys can be divided into the following three types:
1. General timing pulley: used for the most common mechanical transmission.
2. Keyless timing pulley: the bushing has been built, and the accuracy is better.
3. Clamp-type timing pulley: the best efficiency, only one bolt can be connected with the shaft.

Timing pulleys and belt applications
General torque transmission: General timing pulleys, suitable for transmission and light load transmission. Such as: MXL, XL, L, H type.
High torque transmission: Timing pulleys for high torque transmission. Such as: S2M, S3M, S5M, S8M, P2M, P3M, P5M, P8M type.
High-precision positioning: Timing pulleys with small gaps and suitable for positioning purposes. Such as: 2GT, 3GT, 5GT, 8YU type.
Light load transmission, general torque transmission: suitable for trapezoidal timing pulleys for transmission. It can also be used for transmission purposes. Such as: T5, T10 type.
High-load conveying: Timing pulleys suitable for high-load conveying. The allowable tension is 1.3 times that of the T type. Such as: AT5, AT10 type.
