Commonly known as “Red Cross”. Alloy Chromium Plated Steel Bar is made of JIS SCM440 / DIN 42CrMo4 / AISI 4140. Cr-Mo Alloy Chromium Plated Steel Bar has greater tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation than medium-carbon hard chrome shaft. Thermoechanical treatment can be added. Through heat treatment, induction, the bar achieves high degree of scalability. Applies to piston rod, hydraulic cylinder bar, pneumatic cylinder rod, mechanical guide bar, all kinds of machinery column rod, sport equipment, aerospace engineering, and various types of machinery.
