TON FAN mold Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 and already obtained ISO9001 certification. We focus on optimizing the casting quality, production yield rate and alternative solutions. TON FAN could collaborate the initial design of project, estimate the feasibility of mass production and then provide the ideal solution for the die casting.

Our internal process has been standardized and in documentation, keep customer's design in secret is always our top priority. We sincerely hope to bring customers the best experience and growing up mutually.
TON FAN strives for gravity die casting more than 20 years. The rang of molds include the aluminum parts for Automotive, Motorbike, Heavy equipment, Air/Liquid valves, etc. We also provide the services such as Reverse engineering, 3D printing, CAD/CAM and Moldflow analysis.

TON FAN has built up the 3D CMM, Mold trial in house currently. Customers could review their design in the very early stage with us, ensure the feasibility of mass production within detailed parameters. Finally, inspect the casting sample prepared from us. All the stages could be completed at TON FAN.
